This is a series that was started to celebrate the 67th Kannada Rajyotsava. Avid readers from Team Itihasa are introducing popular and lesser-known books of Kannada language every week on Thursday. They are providing a summary in brief, along with a critique from a reader's viewpoint. This is a small attempt from our end to introduce the richness and glory of Kannada literature to the younger generations.

This was an attempt from the team to celebrate the art of storytelling and kindle the writer in every person. This contest was open to all age groups. There were a lot of entries for English and Kannada stories. The best stories were chosen among them and were posted on the Instagram page.

Itihasa in association with SAMYAK PRATISHTHANA came up with a thoughtful campaign on account of WORLD SANSKRIT DAY which is celebrated on the 12th of August every year. With 3 virtual classes every week, the campaign spanned throughout the month of August 2022. The motto was to teach spoken Sanskrit from scratch to all age groups regardless of their prior knowledge in Sanskrit language. The classes were conducted from 8 pm to 9 pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays by a professional Sanskrit scholar.

As a social responsibility and duty, it was only right to give back to the society in the form of awareness during testing times. The team started on of the most useful and interactive series in which doctors and medical practitioners from across the globe came live on our Instagram page with influencers to speak about health, safety, myths, dos and don’ts during the pandemic, quarantine lifestyle and much more. Our followers were provided a platform to drop in their queries and doubts to ask the experts and frontline workers during the 12 live sessions.

After the tremendous success of Madhurya Marathon, Itihasa proudly presented a Dance marathon with 12 dancers performing live for 60 mins each, continuously from 9 am to 9 pm on the Instagram page.

A thoughtful experiment by the team during the first quarantine period in 2020. This was a musical marathon consisting of various genres in which, a combination of 24 singers and musicians performed live for 30 mins each, continuously from 9 am to 9 pm on the Instagram page.
